The expansive side lot can be used to plant a huge garden, or to ride go-karts, ATV/dirt bikes, etc.
The house is 5 minutes from the Fort Polk gate; 16 minutes from Fort Polk's Burger King and 19 minutes from the PX. We are 40 minutes from the Alexandria airport and we are only 20 minutes from Wal-Mart, so what more could you ask for?!
We have military and retired military as neighbors. This is a quiet, super-nice street to live on, and the kids can run free and be totally safe. We have invested over $10,000 additional dollars into this house because we expected to keep it. Our loss is your gain and this won't last long once the news gets out. No games or strings attached to this home as I'm a military member that has PCS'd.
